Cadeau Chocolate Town in DeSoto County, Mississippi, is more than just a place to satisfy your sweet tooth. Whether you want to sample its rich, decadent chocolates or are looking for the perfect gift, Cadeau has something for you.

Originally from Jordan, owner Nadera Alkoor grew up with family traditions rooted in – you guessed it – chocolate. As a child, she and her dad visited chocolate stores to sample truffles, caramels and milk chocolate bites. In her native country, party favors at birthdays, weddings and baby showers often included wrapped pieces of chocolate. After moving to the States, Nadera wanted to revive those traditions so other families could have the same sweet memories. That's how Cadeau Chocolate Town, located in Southaven’s Shops of Deerchase, came to be.

      
Cadeau, meaning “gift” in French, offers a wide range of luxurious chocolates sourced directly from Jordan. Flavors include coconut cheesecake, almond hazelnut and caramel and are sold by the pound. You can find chocolate bars filled with pistachio cream, as well as crepes, waffle wands and fruit cups all topped with chocolate, of course.
