Patriotic Horn Lake Mayor Allen Latimer always honors our veterans and their families in the most memorable ways. Horn Lake Alderman Dave Young will speak also. Our annual Tribute would not be complete without the Horn Lake High School USMC Junior ROTC under the expert direction of Chief Warrant Officer Shannon Kenagy. Friends of the Library’s Toys for Tots Kick-Off.
